A film that I like from my least favourite genre is 'Scream' from the horror genre. I don’t like horror movies or anything too scary. Frankly, I don’t understand why people enjoy the thrill of being scared, but that’s just me. I’ve never been a fan of this genre, so there aren’t a ton of films I’ve seen from this particular genre. However, this last Halloween my dad got me to watch 'Scream' with him. In the opening scene there is a jump scare that wasn’t supposed to be that scary, but I did not see it coming. I screamed at the top of my lungs and jumped off my couch. I don’t think I’ve ever made such a natural shriek of utter terror. My family all got a good laugh out of that one and I have to admit it was pretty funny.
